Become a Dating and Relationship Telephone Coach!

Ask Mars Venus is hiring telephone coaches to add to our team of dating and relationship specialists. Telephone coaches help callers from all over the world who are seeking support and advice about their love lives.

To qualify for this position, candidates must:

• Be flexible, compassionate, extroverted, naturally open-minded, non-judgmental, enjoy talking on the phone, love to help people, and be comfortable discussing a callers sensitive personal issues even if they may not agree with your personal or religious beliefs.
• Have a PC with Windows XP or higher.
• Have high speed Internet access.
• Have a private telephone landline located in a quiet place without distractions.
• Live anywhere in the continental United States.
• Have a good speaking voice – this is absolutely mandatory.
• Be available for 20 scheduled hours per week with at least 10 of those hours occurring on weekends.

Applicants receive extensive training via phone and email in order to learn how to apply the Mars Venus coaching protocol.  This program is designed by and based on the books of Dr. John Gray author of Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus and 15 other books. The training you receive will not carry over to any other personal or professional experience. The “Mars Venus Protocol” is protected by copyright laws and can only be used while delivering the Ask Mars Venus coaching program as a part of our team.

This job is especially suited for those who are looking to supplement their income, or who are less concerned about a “big” paycheck in the beginning, i.e. stay-at-home mothers or retired professionals. Telephone coaches receive calls anonymously at the location of their choice and Ask Mars Venus brings clients directly to the telephone coaches through various marketing methods. There is no charge for training and no payment to you during the training process. Once training is complete, telephone coaches will enjoy the convenience of a work-from-home job.

Ask Mars Venus telephone lines are open between the hours of 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pacific (9:00 AM to 1:00 AM Eastern). At this time, the greatest need for coaches are during the hours of 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM). Weekend hours are required. While these are not the only hours available to coaches upon graduation, applicants who can work during these hours will be given priority status. Please keep this in mind when applying.

Compensation: Upon graduation from our training program, telephone coaches will receive $0.30/minute ($18/hr) for time spent on the phone with callers. Telephone coaches are only paid for the time they are actually connected to a coaching client. As 70% of our calls are from repeat (regular) callers it can take between 30 and 90 days before your income can build to a consistent amount. Once you start taking calls it is up to you how well you do. You must know the material and be understanding and engaging enough for the caller to request to speak with you again and again. Our average telephone coaching call lasts 80 minutes and many calls last for more than two hours.
